From February to April 2025, LLC "T.C.C" and the Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications (SPbSUT) carried out a joint educational project — a proprietary personal effectiveness course for students, developed by TCC CEO and SPbSUT alumnus Evgeny Votolevsky.
For TCC, this partnership was not just another stage of cooperation with the university, but also an opportunity to invest expert knowledge into the development of young professionals — the future of the telecommunications industry. Supporting students and young engineers is a key part of the company’s strategy aimed at building a strong professional community and driving the industry forward.
The course consisted of three sessions covering key areas of personal effectiveness development: Soft Skills, Time Management, Presentation Skills, and Project Management. The classes were held both at the university and at the TCC office, where students interacted with company employees and visited TCC’s unique lab — a fully functional model of a mobile operator network.
The program focused on practical application of knowledge: each session included homework assignments with personalized feedback. This level of engagement reflects TCC’s approach to education — sharing real-world experience and emphasizing results.
Participants of the course are being considered for internships at TCC — as the next step in their professional journey and a chance to apply their newly gained skills in the company’s real-world projects.
